Requirements:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Minimum of two years’ human resources experience is beneficial in this position.
- Travel to client locations is expected for this position, a few days per week.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist performs duties in some or all of the following functional areas: HRMS systems management, employee relations, HR business partner, performance evaluation management, and training and onboarding.
Essential Functions:
- HR Dashboard and Metrics- Gather and input data for HR metrics reporting.
- Performance Management-monitor the performance evaluation programs and revises as necessary.
- HR Business Partner- Serves as HR Generalist and Business Partner for Bucks IU clients located in Bucks County School Districts. May be responsible for providing HR services to select school districts.
- Training/Onboarding- Facilitates or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce including HR intakes.
- Employee Recognition Programs- Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs with HR staff.
- HRMS functions- Will include but not be limited to assisting as the subject matter expert with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
- System Maintenance- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
- Projects/Process Improvement- Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders. Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative.
- Reports/Queries- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer competency in HRMS systems, Office Suite is beneficial in this position.
